Walking Group - This structured group walks on the near-by nature trail and assists individuals in meeting personal wellness goals.
Joga Yoga TM. - JogaYoga is an exercise system that marries the historical African American movement traditions of Yoga and Capoeira. Joga means play and Yoga means union or harmony. Yoga and Capoeira are both a philosophical system and a science whose goal is the attainment of self-awareness. JogaYoga offers you the opportunity to deepen your self-understanding through physical movement, breathing, and meditation. Benefits of taking this class include an increase in tranquility, flexibility and endurance while decreasing pain and stress. After a few months this class may help with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, musculoskeletal problems and back pain.
Martial Arts - E.L.I.T.E. Martial Arts and Self-Defense Program – This class incorporates the most efficient and effective techniques taken from a combination of African and Mixed Martial Arts styles. It is comprised of grappling, striking, ground-fighting, as well as weaponry. This program is designed to use practical techniques in managing real world situations.
What to Expect. Each class session is set to invigorating world music, spoken word and warm lighting to energize your body and calm your mind. These classes are designed to maintain alignment, structure and focus on the breath while moving through a series of poses and sequences from Capoeira and Yoga.

Eric Bridges is a certified yoga instructor (AFAA certified) who specializes in power and vinyasa yoga. He is also an educational psychologist and an associate professor of psychology at Clayton State University. Dr. Bridges views yoga and meditation as vehicles for personal development and healing.
Martial Arts Instructor
Sekou Hill has over 20 years of Martial Arts experience, beginning his study as a boy in Tae Kwon Do Karate. He later went on to compete in Wrestling, with a study in Judo and Greco-Roman Wrestling. He continued his study in several Asian Arts, including Kung Fu and Tai Chi. He later found his way to African Martial Arts where he has become a Full Instructor. As a Martial Arts Instructor and Fitness Trainer, Sekou believes in developing the Warrior Spirit, Heart, Mind, and Body, through the discipline of the Martial Arts and intense physical training
